Refund Policy

This page explains how MyAstro.pro handles paid subscription charges, renewals, cancellations, purchase-channel responsibilities, and refund-related support.

1. Purchase channels

Paid web access is activated through the Stripe-backed checkout flow shown inside the web app. Native mobile subscriptions distributed through Apple App Store or Google Play should be purchased, renewed, canceled, and restored through the relevant store account and native billing flow, except where a store rule expressly permits another purchase method. After successful payment, your subscription state should update in the product and on the payment confirmation screen.

Before purchase, subscription screens should clearly show the product name, plan benefits, price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation path, any free trial or introductory offer terms, and links to the Terms, Privacy Policy, and this Refund Policy.

2. Auto-renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions may auto-renew until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless required by the payment provider, store policy, or applicable law. You normally keep access until the end of the current paid period unless the purchase channel, product state, fraud-prevention controls, or applicable law requires a different result.

App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be managed from the store account that made the purchase. Web subscription cancellation, when available, is managed through the web account or billing support path. Deleting the app, deleting your MyAstro.pro account, or uninstalling the product does not by itself cancel an App Store, Google Play, or web subscription.

3. Refund requests by channel

Web refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis through billing support, including accidental duplicate charges, technical billing failures, account access failures, unauthorized charge reports, or legally required consumer remedies. Email support@myastro.pro with the account email, plan, approximate charge date, and any Stripe checkout confirmation or payment identifier.

App Store refunds are generally requested through Apple using the receipt, Apple account purchase history, or reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play refunds are generally requested through Google Play purchase history, Google Play support, or the relevant order details. Store purchases may need to be reviewed by Apple or Google according to their store policies, even when you also contact MyAstro.pro support.

4. When refunds may be declined

Accessing paid features, receiving generated content, forgetting to cancel before renewal, uninstalling the app, or disagreeing with an astrological interpretation does not automatically guarantee a refund. We may decline or limit a refund where records show that paid access was delivered, the charge was authorized, the request conflicts with store or payment-provider rules, or refund abuse or fraud is suspected.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory refund, cancellation, chargeback, withdrawal, defective-service, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or the rules of Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or your payment provider.

5. What to include

Include the account email, plan, purchase channel, approximate charge date, country or store region if relevant, and any available receipt, Stripe checkout confirmation, Apple order information, Google order information, or payment identifier. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, government IDs, or secret tokens by email. We may ask for more information to verify account ownership, prevent fraud, comply with law, or route the request to the correct purchase channel.

6. Entertainment-only service

Paid access unlocks more AI-assisted astrological interpretation for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency advice. Dissatisfaction with a prediction or interpretation is not, by itself, a guaranteed refund reason unless required by applicable law or store policy.

7. Policy updates

We may update this Refund Policy when the product, payment providers, store rules, or legal requirements change. The version shown on this page is the active web policy for MyAstro.pro. For questions, contact support@myastro.pro.
