Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of MyAstro.pro, including account access, subscriptions, AI-assisted astrological consultations, entertainment-only content, and user-managed account actions.

1. Service scope

MyAstro.pro provides astrological consultation software that combines user-provided profile data, calculation engines, saved conversation context, and AI-generated interpretation. The service may be offered through web, iOS, Android, or other product surfaces with free access and paid subscription plans.

2. Entertainment-only content

Consultations are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and general informational purposes only. They are not medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, relationship safety, emergency, or other professional advice. The service does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or predict any health condition and does not create a professional-client relationship.

3. No reliance for important decisions

You should not make medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, relationship, travel, relocation, or other important decisions based only on a consultation. Use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate. If you are in danger, experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support provider immediately.

4. AI output and astrology limitations

Astrology interpretations and AI-generated text are interpretive, probabilistic, and may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your circumstances. We do not guarantee outcomes, exact timing, compatibility, financial results, legal results, health results, personal safety, or any real-world event described by the service. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the content.

5. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, use paid features, or submit personal astrology data. You are responsible for maintaining control of the email address, password, device, or sign-in method connected to your account. You should provide accurate profile information if you want the service to return relevant astrological analysis.

6. Data about other people

You may not enter another person's birth data, personal details, messages, or sensitive information unless you have permission and a lawful basis to do so. You are responsible for the content you submit and for not using the service to harass, profile, manipulate, threaten, or make decisions about another person unfairly.

7. Paid plans, renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans may be billed through web checkout or through App Store / Google Play in mobile builds. Before purchase, the purchase screen should show the plan, price, billing period, renewal terms, and material benefits. Subscriptions may auto-renew until canceled. Plan availability, quota, and account access depend on the subscription state shown in the account and upgrade UI. Store subscriptions, auto-renewal, cancellation, and store refunds are managed through the store account that made the purchase. Web billing questions can be sent to support@myastro.pro.

8. Refunds and billing support

Refund handling depends on the purchase channel and applicable law. Web refunds may be reviewed for duplicate charges, technical billing failures, account access failures, or legally required remedies. App Store and Google Play purchases may need to be requested through Apple or Google. Accessing paid features does not automatically guarantee a refund.

9. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, bypass quotas, interfere with billing or authentication, reverse engineer or scrape the product, attempt to extract models or system prompts, submit malicious content, violate law, infringe rights, or attempt to access data that does not belong to your account. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if use threatens reliability, security, safety, legal compliance, or other users.

10. Account actions

Account management is surfaced directly in the web product through/account,/account/export,/account/delete,/reset-password, and/support. Deletion removes or anonymizes account-linked data subject to billing, security, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, and audit retention requirements. Deleting a MyAstro.pro account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; manage store subscriptions in the relevant store account.

11. Intellectual property and user content

The software, design, brand, systems, prompts, calculations, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may use generated consultations for personal, non-commercial purposes. You keep responsibility for content you submit and grant us the rights needed to process it, generate answers, operate the service, provide support, enforce these terms, and comply with law.

12. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for professional decision-making. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; lost opportunities; emotional distress; or decisions made in reliance on entertainment-only consultations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or platform rules change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, except where additional consent is required by law. Questions can be sent to support@myastro.pro.
