This self-service flow deletes or anonymizes data linked to the signed-in account. Some billing, security, fraud-prevention, legal, or audit records may need to be retained where required.
What this request covers
- Account sign-in access
- Saved birth/profile data linked to the account
- Saved conversations and account-level history
- Notification and marketing records linked to the account
- Subscription/account records as defined by backend retention policy
Recommended before deleting
- Request a data export first if you want a copy of your records
- Confirm that you no longer need access to paid features
- Make sure you are deleting the correct signed-in account
- Cancel App Store or Google Play auto-renewal in the store account if your subscription was purchased there
